Documents Required

Pursuant to the existing foreign employment rules, the registered manpower agencies have to produce certain documents and fulfill some procedures to get approval for recruitment of labors. Though the required documents may vary depending upon the employer country, the followings are the premier documents to be submitted from the Agency.

A copy of original Demand letter eontainin details of the vacancy

Employment contract or offer letter giving details of a complete power of Attorney in favor of recruiting agency/ies to enabel them to act on behalf of the employer in Nepal.

Inter-Party Agreement or Commercial Contract between the recruiting Agency & the employer.

Nature of Job, wages, benefits, working hours and other substantive terms and conditions pertain to the employment

NB: All the above-mentioned documents should be duly authenticated /attested by Foreign Affairs/Chamber of Commerce and Royal Nepalese Embassy in the country of employment.
